The sound of us together,
Fingernails on a blackboard.
I just can't take this anymore.
Hang up and unplug the cord.
The flow of unwelcomed tears
Are quickly flooding the room.
Suffocating me; I can't breathe.
I'm trapped in a closed off tomb.
My head is spinning dizzy.
My tired mind sigh as it fades.
The waves of visions rock gently
In this coffin where I lay.
Then I saw us together
When our feelings were still gold.
Wrapped warm in your arms forever,
That's the hardest sense to hold.
My mind crosses back and forth,
From the gold, the green and red.
I watched us go through everything.
Heard again what you once said.
Then a bell off in the distance
Takes my mind out from the blue.
I answered the phone still golden,
"Hello Bubu, I miss you."
